R&D process Evaluation

At this stage the process developed in R&D will be evaluated w.r.t. available resource at plant.

Site selection

We help in evaluating various plant available across India and help to select the best possible plant for the production.

Equipment feasibility

The Feasibility report is prepared for the process which includes MOC, Capacity, Stirrer type, minim and maximum volume, pH and nature of the product.

The best possible equipment fitment is done based on the process and RM availability.

Process Optimization

Based on scale up batch observation , the process optimization will be done and accordingly final process for validation will be freeze.

Validation execution

3 Validation batches will be executed in the plant and all the validation related data shall be collected and executed
